Irving Archives The Archives collects and preserves the history of Irving, its residents and its predecessor communities, and make this information available to all individuals who have an interest in it. Holdings date from the mid-ninteenth century to the present and include letters, photographs, maps, newspapers, minutes, deeds, videotapes, audiotaped interviews, scrapbooks, and other records from both city government and private sources.
The Irving Archives is generally open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment.
