City of Irving Parks and Recreation Department The City of Irving Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of meeting spaces available to residents of Irving for meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, etc. Fees vary depending on the facility selected. Please note: use of alcohol, tobacco products, amplified or live music is not allowed. If you would like more information about our rental facilities please contact 972-721-2501. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
